This is a remix of my Mermaid [link] and I just wanted something to fill up that big void that was in the upper right of this work. Plus I cleaned it up a lot and hopefully raised the quality overall.

Thanks to everyone who commented on the original version, and special props go out to lofijunkie [link] for giving me great advice on improvements for this piece. You rock!

And to be honest, even I'm a little bit disturbed at the results of this remix... spooky, ain't it?

There's definitely a Dave McKean influence here. Sort of reminds me of The Cell too.
I'll never figure out how you people can make such awesome stuff. I keep asking people to teach me, but then they play dumb. Jerks.

I never saw the original but I like the way the space is filled there.
I also love the way the legs lead into the jawbone.
